Our student leadership team are ambassadors for the school and are expected to act as role models for all of our students. 

The leadership team is fronted by our Year 13 Head, and Deputy Head, students who are voted into their positions by the school during an election process.

All of our prefects go through a robust recruitment process, which includes applying for their roles via an application form.  Once the applications have been assessed, applicants progress through to complete a gold fish bowl activity, a group task, a presentation and finally conduct a mock election campaign.  Our Year 12 students are encouraged to start building their applications as soon as they join in September by volunteering to help with clubs, buddy reading, careers enrichment etc.  Applications and selection decisions are made in January/February of the Spring term.

Each of our prefects are each allocated to uphold and champion one of the School's core values e.g. Chase Brilliance.  Each of these prefect groups are in turn, lead by our Senior Prefects.
